My females are normally bred every other heat. Sometimes; however, I do have
females bred on consecutive heats. My terriers are kept in excellent condition. They
are fed Purina Pro Plan and kept current on worming and shots so they will be in
excellent health while carrying and whelping a litter of Jack Russell Terriers. Most of
my litters range from four to six pups.  Occasionally, there will be an individual with
less/more pups.

Selection for the breeding of my dogs comes from the comparison of positive Jack
Russell traits. In other words, I see the good in each dog and see how each male and
female would compliment each other. Consideration is first given to temperament; I
do not breed alphas (dominant) dogs to alphas.  Amount of bone is then considered;
ear shape, set, and size, shape of head, muscular build, shoulder, coat, and last
color are all considerations in choosing the proper mates. Sometimes after seeing a
litter of pups from one particular cross I will change and consider a different cross to
produce better phenol typically looking dogs.

I also raise my Jack Russell puppies in my home. They are NOT raised outside in a
kennel. They are socialized from birth and crate training is started as early as
possible. My puppies are all kept current on their worming and shots that are
provided by my veterinarian. My vet also docks their tails and dew claws between 3
and 5 days of age and inspects all the pups at that time. This helps me to guarantee
you a happy and healthy Jack Russell Puppy!
Russellville Boo:
Female - 10" Tall Thick, Smooth Coat
Boo is very sweet and gets along well with all kinds of dogs and is very playful
with our dane, Madysonn kinds of dogs and is very playful with our dane, Madysonn.
She has given us many great, very sweet loving pups with tons of substance and
bone, many with broken or rough coats out of Simon.  Many of her offspring are in
top breeding programs.
Russellville Darcye:
Female - 9.5" Tall Smooth Coat
Darcye has become an excellent addition to our breeding program.  She is out of
the infamous cross of Gopher and Kookye that have been so successful.
Darcye stands 9.5 inches and is very correct.  She is very sweet and willing to
please.  She has had several excellent pups bred to Keatau.
Russellville Delilah:
Female - 8" Smooth Coat
Our Newest Addition to our Russellville family, Delilah is pushing hard to be 8
inches tall.  Her sire is Bright Fox Bandit and her dam, EJ traces back completely
to my line of dogs.  Delilah is a joy to be around, very sweet, yet full of spunk.
Russellville Dollie:
Female -  Smooth Coat
Dollie has arrived back here at Russellvillefarms after being gone for three years.
She is just as beautiful as ever and even sweeter than I remembered.  She is a
daughter of Keatau and Kookye and will be one of Kookye's replacements.  Her
beautiful, expressive face says it all...
Russellville Kowgyrl:
Female - 9" Smooth Coat
Kowgyrl is the daughter of Daisy and Kowboy. Kowboy was my beloved friend for
seven years. Great companion, great sire, sorely missed. Kowgyrl is smaller than
mom (about 9 inches) but inherited her body type and beautiful ear set. Kowgyrl
started out to be a "boss" but has now settled in to a sweet, loving female in her
adult life. She has always been sweet and loving with people.
Russellville Miss Daisy:  Now Retired
Female - 9.5" Thick, Smooth Coat
Miss Daisy was brought in from Arizona. She traces back on both sides to the
Short Stop/Elk Creek lines and is very consistent in producing beautiful heads
and ears, sweet dispostions, and nice bone. Daisy is a great house dog that
loves to just be in your lap. Daisy is a thick, smooth coat and stands about 9 1/2
inches. One of her male pups is a breeding male exported to South Africa.
Daisy is also the dam of the international winning dog, Moncho.  Moncho has
won several championships in Mexico and the Americas, and placed in the
World Championships.

We kept a Daisy female to carry on her legacy.  Her name is Lucye.
Russellville Arboureth Hialey's Halo (aka Pepper):
Female - 9.5" Smooth Coat
Pepper was imported from Durban, South Africa. She is very line bred to
Australian dogs. She is extremely muscular and athletic and her face is always
filled with expression. She stands about 9 1/2 inches tall and has a smooth coat.
Pepper is very people oriented but likes to be the dominant female with other
females around.
Russellville Pringle:
Female - 9.5" Smooth Coat
Pringle's sire is Tater and her dam is South African Yoyo. Yoyo's dam is a
daughter of a dog that visited the United States before returning to South
Africa (hence that part of the name). Yoyo's sire traces back again to my
original breeding dogs, Leelu, Toby, JoJo, and Bradshaw. Pringle is a smooth
coat. Pringle doesn't know she is a dog.... very much human..... wants to
always be in the thick of things.... doesn't know a stranger.
Russellville Wolff:
Female - 10.5 Broken Coat
This is Wolff. Wolff is out of Simon and Kate Lynn. She is a 10.5 inch
breeding broken coated female that started out shy but has ended up being
a very sweet girl. Wolff is still not as bold as some of my other russells, but
prefers to stay back and observe the situation. She does like to hog the food
bowl though! Her pretty face and great ears combined with her nice bone
h
ave been a great addition to my breeding program.

Russellville Lucye:
Female - 8.75" Thick, Smooth Coat (True Black/White)
Lucye is the daughter of Daisy and Chief.  We kept Lucye to carry on the legacy
of our Beautiful Daisy.  Lucye will be smaller than mom but kept her rich, thick
coat and precious body style.  Lucy
e will be added to our breeding program later
this year.
Russellville Junebug:
Female - 9" Roug Coat
Another late addition to the Russellville program, Junebug is actually
my daughter's dog that is living with me for now.  She is a very short girl
with absolutely the sweetest personality I have ever seen in a russell.
She is so willing to please, so easy to get along.  It breaks your heart to
tell her no about anything.
Russellville Sweet P:
Female - 10" Smooth Coat
Sweet P will be a new addtion to my breeding program later this year.  She is out
of Keatau and Wolff.  She is  mostly a smooth coat with just a little longer hair
around her neck.  She is more of a "bossy" female with other females but very
sweet with humans.
